Barry Goldner

Barry L. Goldner is a partner at Klein, DeNatale, Goldner, Cooper, Rosenlieb & Kimball, LLP, where he has practiced since 1984. He specializes in complex business transactions and commercial litigation, with practice areas including business ownership disputes, business counseling, and planning, focused on real estate, agriculture, construction, and health law. Prior to his current role, he served as a Deputy District Attorney for Contra Costa County from 1983 to 1984.

Mr. Goldner earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 1982, and later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2016. He is a former member of the California State Bar Board of Governors and has held several leadership positions within the Kern County Bar Association, including serving as its president in 1998. Since 2001, he has served as president of the Kern County Bar Association Charitable Foundation.
