Morgan Clayton

Morgan Clayton is the President and Founder of Tel-Tec Security Systems Inc. and Tel-Tec Monitoring Inc., a family-owned business established in 1982. Headquartered in Bakersfield, California, the company serves over 8,000 customers across markets including government, education, retail, healthcare, agriculture, and energy. He is married with three children, all of whom are part of the family business.

In addition to his professional roles, Morgan holds several leadership positions and is actively involved in the community. He is Chairman of the Board for Dignity Health/Mercy and Mercy Southwest Hospital, and also serves as a board member for Memorial Hospital. He is an Executive Board Member for California State University and a Mid State Development Board Member. His community engagements include founding the Leaders in Life Youth Conference and participating in the Kern Venture Group, which invests in small business startups. He is also involved with the B3K Economic Development of Kern County. Mr. Clayton recently completed filming a documentary called The Viewpoint Project, hosted by Dennis Quaid, which was scheduled to air in the first quarter of 2023.
